There are a number of ways to compare online schools. Since you're already aware of the cost differences I'll address another very important factor: accreditation.

Apollos University is accredited by the Distance Education Training Council (DETC).

DETC accreditation is a form of national accreditation.

SEE: Regional vs. National Accreditation

The University of Atlanta was also accredited by the DETC BUT their accreditation has expired:

"New enrollments are not being accepted. DETC accreditation applies solely to students studying with the Norcross, GA-based institution, and is for "teach-out" purposes. DETC accreditation expires on June 30, 2013."

We do not recommend enrolling in any online degree program that is not fully and properly accredited.

Therefore, we can only recommend Apollos University.

Good luck!
